Opening in 1955, this Modern style 23-story hotel was the first highrise on the Las Vegas Strip and was once partially owned by the Marx brothers. Riviera Hotel & Casino has a pool, florist, barbershop, Pinball Hall of Fame, beauty salon, magic shop, comedy club, convention center, casino and many restaurants. It has been a filming location for many movies including ""Casino,"" ""Ocean's 11,"" ""Showgirls,"" ""Vegas Vacation,"" ""The Hangover"" and ""Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.""
